Parish Council

Grampound with Creed Parish Council is a local council within Cornwall Council and is made up of 9 councillors.

The Council meets on the third Thursday of each month in the Townhall upstairs chamber. The Parish Council does not meet during the months of August or December. However, if the Parish Council needs an extraordinary meeting, they will arrange to meet during those months.

Meetings are open to all residents and there is a dedicated public forum at the start of the meeting for any member of the public to speak to the council.

The Council has adopted a Code of Conduct and manages its affairs according to its Standing Orders which are also adopted. The Council maintains a Register of Members’ Interests, and publishes Agendas for meetings and their Minutes shortly afterwards.
