Preliminary proposals: potential tree locations
The Parish Council have initially identified an area within the village that is at the centre of village life and can also be enjoyed by those passing through. By planting three/four trees well placed trees of the same species we hope to reinforce the ‘sense of place’ .
Choose your favourite tree to enhance the gateway to Grampound.
Cornwall highways have stipulated that if trees were to be planted along Fore Street, Grampound they should be narrow columnar in shape. Pick your favourite tree(s) from the examples shown on page 2 of the document below and tell the Clerk the number(s) you like best by emailing clerk@grampound.org.uk.
